Human Resources Division (HRD) is a division of Kathmandu University that administers employee-benefits programs and other human resources responsibilities ranging from recruitment to retrenchment. The major function of HRD is to maximize employee productivity and protect the institution from any issues that may arise within the workforce. Also, HRD has been using the Human Resource Management Information System for data management and accurate and timely retrieval of information.
